a bit about me

I am drawn to the mysterious caves and deep-sea lagoons buried deep in the fabric of our beings
Devoted to cultivating the precision and humility needed to listen for the very subtle parts of our experience, to give life to them and allow them to move us.
Based in London, I offer one-to-one and group sessions for those who want to dive into the depths together.
“noor has a natural ability for slowing things down. Breaking what’s going on into bite sized pieces and then creating the space, love, and respect needed for those things to move.” ~R
i was first introduced to circling in 2022, and was immediately drawn in by how alive i felt in this way of connecting with other people. i started practicing weekly.
in 2023 i decided to begin training as a circling facilitator with transformational connection and since then circling has become an essential practice for me. at the end of 2024 i quit my job and decided to step into the unknown to discover how to bring my life and work more into alignment with who i am and the potential of what i can bring into the world.
since then, some of my adventures have included 2 months leading circling at TC community house in portugal, retuning to my family home and bringing more depth and truth to my family relationships, living the practice while staying with circling friends, doing my first vipassana retreat, training as an assistant on a few more SASs, and co-creating a month-long living and working project themed around bringing individual and group potential to life. throughout all of this i have been coaxing out from deep within me what i want to offer to the world.
circling is a place where I give myself permission to embody and be seen exactly as i am, in the full juicy mysterious landscape of human experience.
i come back again and again for the truthfulness, vulnerability, depth of connection, and aliveness that i experience when i circle.
