Exploring Self-Leadership

How to be in powerful self-leadership no matter the context

A day of [experiential exploration through] paired exercises, group work, discussion, and learning.

Saturday 12th April
10am – 4pm
Bonnington Center, Top Room
£40
Facilitated by Sandy Gee and Noor Al-Hashemi

We have spent a lot of time in relational and transformation spaces: events, workshops, trainings, peer practice groups. Often these spaces invite us into responsibility, self-care, and self-leadership. Through we have done our best, we have often found ourselves overwhelmed, hurt, upset, boundaries crossed etc etc etc, and have had to learn the hard way how to really be in self-leadership. This has included un-learning disempowering ideas and frames, becoming intimately aware of our dysregulation cues, embracing the vulnerability of stepping into leadership, and lots more. In this workshop we’ll be offering some practices and discussions to get experiential knowledge about how to look after yourself in transformational spaces.
